Please submit your poem for the Sherburne History Center's Poetry Showcase. One submission per participant please. Submissions must be ORIGINAL WORK. Submissions are accepted until March 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

The submitted poems will be showcased in-person in our lobby gallery and on our website in a virtual gallery throughout the month of April.

A Poetry Reading Open Mic will be held on Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. Showcase participants as well as the general public will be able to read their poetry creations in front of attendees. 

​

Public voting for the showcase will start at 12:00 a.m. April 1, 2025 and end on April 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Voting is available in-person and online.

Each vote costs $3.

The winner of the Poetry Showcase, decided by popular vote, will be announced on Friday, May 2, 2025.  The winner will receive half of the voting earnings in the form of a cash prize. 

The top three poems, decided by popular vote, will be published in the Sherburne History Center's next newsletter.
