Legacy Trail
Along our trail you'll discover the 1870s Fox House, the 1920s Stuve Farm, the 1930s Bailey Gas Station, and beautiful Clitty Lake. Enjoy the native prairie plants in our oak savanna and our new Pollinator Garden by the shores of Clitty Lake.
Visit our new trailhead, the Red River Ox Cart Station, and see how people traveled through Sherburne County 150 years ago.
Interpretive panels tell you the stories as you walk through Sherburne County's
history on this half mile trail.
Benches along the trail provide a place to rest and enjoy the scenery.
Picnic tables by the Bailey Gas Station provide a place for a family or group picnic.
